這系列由威士忌大師 Billy Walker 精心打造。品牌名稱源自蘇格蘭蓋爾語，意為「偉大的追求」，象徵 Billy Walker 與釀酒團隊自 2018 年起，於 GlenAllachie 展開的季節性泥煤蒸餾計畫。

Meikle Tòir The Sherry One（5 年）

•  採用來自 St. Fergus 的內陸泥煤，與海岸泥煤相比，呈現更甜美且帶橡木煙燻感的風味。
• 酚類濃度達 35 PPM，屬於甜香型泥煤風格。
• 經過長達 160 小時的發酵時間，造就出果香濃郁、厚實的酒體，非常適合在優質的雪莉橡木桶中熟成，風味兼具果香與煙燻的深度平衡。

GlenAllachie 在 Billy Walker 的帶領下獲獎無數，包括在 2021 年世界威士忌大獎（World Whiskies Awards）中榮獲「世界最佳單一麥芽威士忌」頭銜。Meikle Tòir 正是他進一步拓展視野與創意的代表作。

Independent Scotch whisky distillery The GlenAllachie reveals its new peated single malt Scotch whisky brand - Meikle Tòir (pronounced mee-kuhl tor) - in 2023.

Spearheaded by celebrated Master Distiller, Billy Walker, a figure behind GlenAllachie’s rise to global acclaim. They have earned numerous awards, including the hotly contested World's Best Single Malt title at World Whiskies Awards (2021).

Meikle Tòir, which means ‘big pursuit’ in Gaelic,, represents Walker and his expert team’s relentless seasonal peated campaign at The GlenAllachie, which began in 2018.

Meikle Tòir The Sherry One, 5-year-old - Made using mainland peat from St. Fergus, to deliver a more sweet and oaky smoke in comparison to the flavour contribution of a coastal peat; the sweet phenolic content of the Single Malt whisky amounts to 35 PPM. A lengthy fermentation period of 160 hours results in a thick, fruit-forward spirit that lends itself perfectly to ageing in the finest Sherry oak.
