淺稻草色，帶有明亮綠色。突出的熱情果和蜜瓜香氣。圓潤和豐富的味道，紮實味道結構，無縫的酸度作為骨幹，及仔細熱情果味道。

2009年帶有經典陳年Semillon的奶油糖，蜜瓜，酒體豐富有札實結構，酸度整合和鮮明。

2014年前段有楊桃，慢慢轉為檸檬和青蘋果，蜜瓜和熱情果，回甘細緻悠長，建議搭配用Zalto Universal酒杯品嘗，享受度更高。

A 'single vineyard' wine produced from grapes grown on the home vineyard in the heart of Pokolbin. This wine is our premium Semillon and is only made when the quality satisfies our highest expectations. It is a fine example of the famed Hunter Semillon style.

Pale straw with a luminous green hue. Lifted notes of passionfruit and green melons. A rounded and flavoursome palate structured over a seamless acid backbone with delicate passionfruit notes.
