Viticcio 由 Landini 家族擁有，位處於Chianti的中心地帶Greve。現時 Alessandro Landini 和家人跟隨父親的傳統方式管理，葡萄園現在擴展至 120 公頃，分佈於Chianti Classico及 Maremma，自2013年起全部轉為有機種植。葡萄園周邊盡是樹木，包括用來提煉初搾橄欖油的橄欖樹。酒窖內的工作仍主要由人手操作，簡約和純淨是展現風土的重要元素。酒莊自1966年起，出產Chianti Classico並以此為骨幹，同時亦以Super Tuscan聞名，它們由來自各個古老葡萄園的Cabernet Sauvignon及 Merlot混釀而成。

由2007年開始，酒莊更加重視本土葡萄，Sangiovese的比例調高至95%，餘下是5% Cabernet Sauvignon。富有成熟車厘子的香氣和甜橡木味，車厘子和黑醋栗的果香豐富。單寧順滑，酸度明亮，餘韻悠長。
Today Viticcio is owned by the Landini family in the heart of the Chianti Classico region, Greve. Now the winery is managed by Alessandro Landini who, with his family, follows his father’s footsteps. The vineyards are extends to 120 hectares of which all turned to organic since 2013. All around are woods and also olive trees for the production of extra virgin olive oil. The work in the cellar is still largely carried out manually. Simplicity and cleanliness are essential elements to obtain a wine that expresses at its best the characteristics of its territory.
Viticcio has built its portfolio on its Chianti Classico wines, beginning with its Viticcio Chianti Classico that was first produced in 1966. But it is also well-known for its Super Tuscan. This wine is the result of a blend between Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, both from old vineyards that are on different grounds.

Ageing:
When the malolactic fermentation is complete, the wines are blended and transferred into 300-litre barrels made French and American oak, where it matures for about 18 months. The wine is then aged in horizontally-stored bottles for a further 6 months.
Tasting Notes:
From the 2007 vintage we will be giving more prominence to the indigenous grapes, increasing the percentage of Sangiovese Grosso to 95%, with the remaining 5% being Cabernet Sauvignon. There is nose of ripe cherries, plus some sweet oak. Plenty of cherry and blackcurrant. Lots of tannins, but nice and smooth. Bright acidity, attractive and long.
