2021 Serres Velles Carinyena 酒精度達 14%，非常成熟，但與此同時，它的 pH 值為 3.18，清爽新鮮得令人驚訝。葡萄來自粘土和石灰岩土壤，躍動的感覺、果醬、李子、黑莓和一絲泥土氣息，令人聯想到產區Priorat。隨香氣而來的味道，出奇地鮮明，令人意外。2022年5月裝瓶，僅出產6,294支。

Manual harvest on early October and careful selection of the grapes. Fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. Slow pressing and maturation in old French oak barrels for 6 months. No added sulfites.

The 2021 Serres Velles Carinyena is ripe and has 14% alcohol. It's quite ripe, yes, but at the same time, it also has a pH of 3.18, so sharp and surprisingly fresh. The grapes come from clay and limestone soils, but it somehow reminded me of some wines from Priorat, with a touch of volatility and jammy fruit, plums and blackberries with an earthy touch. It has a sharper palate than I expected, which was a bit of a surprise after the notes on the nose. 6,294 bottles were filled in May 2022.
