Jean-Marc Millot Cote de Nuits-Villages Aux Faulques 2019 (AM: 88-91)

Jean-Marc Millot是布爾岡的葡萄酒生產商，位處 Nuits-Saint-Georges。最初的酒款很少，葡萄僅來自Cote de Nuits村莊，包括Vosne-Romanée、Vougeot，以及Comblanchien公社的葡萄園(Aux Faulques正是Comblanchien的單一葡萄園)。
在1997年，Millot新增了不少優質葡萄園，包括一級園Vosne-Romanee Les Suchots(premier cru)、Echezeaux、Grands Echezeaux及Clos de Vougeot 特級園(grand cru)，令酒莊聲望日隆。 不過整體而言，葡萄種植面積仍相對細小，葡萄園的工作由人手操作，並採用有機耕種。現時Jean-Marc Millot的女兒Alix已接管日常營運，但Jean-Marc總會在有需要時出手處理。

品酒筆記：

香氣非常低調，目前難以評估。但是，高密度的質感與宏大的風味，提供更好的深度和持久性。這是一款相對強大的夜丘村酒(CdNV)，亦相對緊緻。(品飲於2021年1月)

Here too the nose is firmly reduced and tough to evaluate at present. Otherwise there is excellent density to the larger-scaled flavors that proffer better depth and persistence. This is a relatively powerful CdNV and a bit firmer as well. (Tasted Jan 2021)
