合作社Cave de Chautagne成立於1952年。當時Chautagne 區內的50位葡萄農決定集中資源，一起採購工具及利用最先進的技術，以確保他們悉心栽培的葡萄生產出優質的葡萄酒。
2016年，他們與另一合作社cellar of Apremont合併，成為Le Vigneron Savoyard。如今，旗下約有60多名會員，葡萄園面積大約170公頃，每年生產約萬百升葡萄酒。

The Cave de Chautagne was established in 1952. Fifty winegrowers in Chautagne decided to pool their resources to acquire tools, in order to ensure the production of quality wines from their vines. This is the birth of the Cave Cooperative de Chautagne.
The members are keen to adopted the most advanced technologies and the wines recognized for their excellence. In 2016, the cooperative is merged with the cooperative cellar of Apremont and became Le Vigneron Savoyard.
Today, it has more than 60 members who are passionate about wine, operates 170 hectares of vines and produces around ten thousand hectoliters of wine each year.

The Savoie vineyard unfolds in an arc on the foothills of the Alpine massif. La Chautagne is a natural region that located in the northwest of Savoie. It is an old glacial basin, which has become an alluvial plain on the foothills of the Alpine massif.
Tasting Notes:
Bright pale yellow, with golden reflections. A delicate and refined note of boxwood, as well as rich fragrances of white fruit, pear and peach in particular, underline the minerality of the wine. The bouquet is complex, subtle and loose. Although straight and tense on the palate, it never lacks fullness or softness.
Pairing:
It is particularly appreciated as an accompaniment to fish from the lake: with whitefish for example or perhaps even with fried perchot.
