Gordon & MacPhail是蘇格蘭單一麥芽威士忌的獨立裝瓶品牌，可說是行內的翹楚，大約130年歷史，至今仍由家族擁有和管理。
G&M過去曾為100多家蘇格蘭威士忌蒸餾廠裝瓶，包括Glenlivet和Mortlach等，最古老的威士忌達75年歷史。
作為營運時間最長的獨立裝瓶商，G&M已宣告於2024年退出業務，轉而專注於發展自己的蒸餾廠，意味現有的庫存將在未來數十年耗盡。

Ledaig 12 Year Old是一款泥煤威士忌，來自馬爾島（Isle of Mull）的Tobermory蒸餾廠，以Ledaig為名，於波本桶中熟成。

燉水果、提子乾、黑加侖子，牛奶朱古力的風味與法式焦糖燉蛋結合。甜美的拖肥糖、柑橘的香氣和篝火餘燼層層疉疉。

餘韻悠長，帶有泥炭煙燻和燒橡木的微妙氣息。

Gordon & MacPhail, the World's Leading Malt Whisky Specialist, which is an independent family owned & managed firm which has been bottling Single Malt Whiskies. 
G&M has been in business for almost 130 years and has filled casks at over 100 different scotch whisky distilleries, include whiskies as old as 75 years old from the Glenlivet and Mortlach distillery.
This longest-operating independent bottler will exit the business in 2024 and focus on its own distillery.  Now the existing stocks will come to an end in the coming decades.

Ledaig 12 Year Old is a smoky peated single malt from the isle of Mull's Tobermory distillery released under the Ledaig name and matured in Bourbon cask.

Aroma: 
Peat smoke opens to reveal notes of maple cured meat, toffee, and baked apples. Seaside grasses aromas linger and finish in a gentle briney edge.

Palate: 
Stewed fruits, sultanas and currants with milk chocolate flavours combine with crème brûlée. Sweet toffee is complemented by bursts of citrus and a smouldering bonfire ember edge.

Finish: 
Long, with nuances of peat smoke and charred oak.
