GlenAllachie 是蘇格蘭為數不多的獨立威士忌蒸餾廠，於 2017 年由神枱級、資歷逾50年的威士忌大師Billy Walker收購及領軍。
蒸餾廠坐落於Speyside的中心，Ben Rinnes的山腳下。在Billy Walker帶領下，他們的哲學是重質不重量。酒廠現在擁有16個倉庫，大約50,000多個木桶。

GlenAllachie is one of Scotland's few independently owned and managed distilleries, acquired by iconic Master Distiller Billy Walker in 2017, who boasts over a half century's tenure in whisky.
Nestled at the foot of Ben Rinnes, the distillery lies at the heart of the Speyside, with a focus upon quality over quantity. Spanning 16 on-site warehouses holding over 50,000 casks. With an exceptional passion for wood policy, Billy and the team seeks out the world's finest casks, and have complete control of the end-to-end maturation process, until the perfect balance between distillery character and influence from the wood has been achieved.
It is said the 15 Year Old predominantly matured in sherry casks to deliver sherry-matured sophistication.
