GlenAllachie is one of Scotland's few independently owned and managed distilleries, acquired by iconic Master Distiller Billy Walker in 2017, who boasts over a half century's tenure in whisky. 

Nestled at the foot of Ben Rinnes, the distillery lies at the heart of the Speyside, spanning 16 on-site warehouses holding over 50,000 casks. The distillery is renowned for its use of quality and unusual oak casks for maturation.

To celebrate the Year of the Dragon, GlenAllachie has has released four exclusive Single Cask Single Malts. Each cask was carefully monitored, analysed and personally selected by Walker.

The 2011 Oloroso Puncheon was selected for its exceptional flavour profile. Maturation in this rich cask has imbued the spirit with rich aromas of mocha and orange, whilst the palate offers up smooth butterscotch and ginger characteristics. Limited to 680 bottles.
