以人手於早期採收,釀酒的各個階段都遵循傳統方法:壓榨、第一次發酵、瓶內二次發酵以產生起泡、陳年、轉瓶、除渣和裝瓶。

品酒筆記:
誘人的淡粉色和細膩的氣泡。 香氣濃郁、新鮮、美味,帶有覆盆子、黑加侖子和薄荷的香氣,並與水梨等白色水果的香氣融合。口感豐富柔滑,以紅果味道和梨子香收結。

食物配搭:
宜冷藏至8°C飲用。既可作為開胃酒,亦可與甜點一起享用,最重要是與家人和朋友一起暢飲。


Premius is the prestige range of Yvon Mau, one of the leading players in Bordeaux, which has acquired unique expertise in making Bordeaux wines since its inception in 1897. Yvon Mau became a subsidiary of the Spanish Freixenet group since 2001, the company is now part of the German Henkell Freixenet group, the world leader in sparkling wines.


Over the years, they have built close relationships with a large number of growers in Bordeaux. In addition to the respect of environment and the crafting techniques, Premius has inherited the full elegance of Bordeaux and carefully blended in line with specifications.  Although there is no chateau or big family story to tell, Premius is a real Bordeaux which is uncomplicated, friendly and accessible.

Vinification:
After an early harvest performed by hand, the various stages of the winemaking process follow the traditional method: pressing, first fermentation, second fermentation in bottle to produce the sparkle, maturation, riddling, disgorgement and bottling.

Tasting Notes:
Appetising pale pink colour and delicate bubbles. Expressive, fresh and gourmet on the nose with raspberry, blackcurrant and peppermint aromas, combined with white fruit such as nashi pear. Rich and smooth on the palate, where a basket of red fruit leads into a finish offering up pear notes.

Pairing:
Serve at 8°C alongside dessert, or as an aperitif for sparkling evenings with friends or family.
