位於保加利亞的 Domaine Bessa Valley，是近年國際葡萄酒界矚目的東歐新星。

由法國波爾多右岸 Saint-Émilion 頂級名莊（如 Château Canon-la-Gaffelière、La Mondotte）的莊主 Stephan von Neipperg 伯爵於 2001 年創立。Neipperg 伯爵看中這裡與 Saint-Émilion 極為相似的黏土-石灰岩土壤，將波爾多嚴謹的釀造技術帶入保加利亞。酒莊以精緻具性價比的波爾多混釀（Bordeaux Blend）打響名堂。

Domaine Bessa Valley in Bulgaria is one of Eastern Europe’s most compelling rising stars in the wine world.

The winery was founded in 2001 by Count Stephan von Neipperg, owner of top Bordeaux Right Bank estates like Château Canon-la-Gaffelière and La Mondotte. Drawn by clay-limestone soils reminiscent of Saint-Émilion, Neipperg successfully brought Bordeaux precision to Bulgaria, establishing the winery's reputation through refined, high-value Bordeaux Blends. 

Renowned wine critic Oz Clarke highlights that anyone doubting Bulgaria’s potential should try Bessa Valley’s affordable, top-quality wines, while Master of Wine Jancis Robinson praises their outstanding value, noting she would gladly serve them blind to Bordeaux lovers.

Enira Reserva is made with rigorously selected grapes and led by Syrah, delivering a firmer structure and richer aging potential than the standard Enira.

Vinification:
Double-sorted grapes aged 12 months in French oak (new & once-used) for added complexity while preserving pure expression. 

Tasting Notes:
Bursting with ripe plum, cherry, and dark berries framed by subtle milk chocolate, vanilla, and dried herbs. Dense yet finely structured, this silky 2019 vintage balances rich fruit and oak, leading to a long, calm, and elegant finish.

Slightly jammy on the nose with some floral and violet character. But the palate is nicely framed and firm with fine tannins.
