Short maceration in contact with the skins and fermentation in stainless steel. Once the fermentation is almost finished, the wine is transferred to custom locally-made clay amphora with no temperature control. Maturation in amphoras in contact with fine lees during 4-6 months.

The white 2020 Durona Parellada was produced with a delicate grape with 11% alcohol. This is very tender and fruit-driven, and it has a sharp palate. It will gain complexity from aging in amphorae. It has notes of white fruit, flowers and herbs and a light palate with good balance and focused flavors. Approachable. It turned more balsamic and medicinal with time in the glass. 5,442 bottles produced. It was bottled in June 2021.
