Immich-Batterieberg 是 Mosel 最具歷史的酒莊之一，自 1425 年由 Immich 家族創立及掌舵，直至 1989 年。2009 年由才華洋溢的釀酒師 Gernot Kollmann 及夥伴接手復興。
Zeppwingert 是酒莊最具代表性的頂級地塊之一。在 1868 年的普魯士葡萄園分級中被列為最高等級，可說是 Mosel 中部最好的風土之一。擁有大量超過 100 年的無接枝老藤（Ungrafted vines），紮根的土壤以石英含量極高的灰色板岩為主，賦予 Riesling 深度和結構。

Immich-Batterieberg is one of the most historic estates in the Mosel. Founded and helmed by the Immich family since 1425 (until 1989), it was revived in 2009 by the talented winemaker Gernot Kollmann and his partners.
Its premier site, Zeppwingert, was ranked in the highest tier of the 1868 Prussian Vineyard Classification, representing some of the finest terroir in the Middle Mosel. It is home to centenarian ungrafted vines on quartzite-grey slate, which imparts remarkable depth and structure to the Rieslings.
The exceptionally rare Zeppwingert Reserve is crafted exclusively from the highest two terraces of the vineyard — the ultimate expression of its terroir. These golden, tiny, low-yield berries are only harvested in select years. The 2023 vintage, limited to just one 300-litre cask, yielded only a few hundred bottles, matured for two full years on the lees to develop remarkable depth and texture. This wine represents the pure essence of great dry Mosel Riesling.

From 100+-year-old vines, the 2023 Zeppwingert Reserve is deep, pure and slightly toasty on the nose that is reminiscent of stewed apricots. Crystalline and saline on the palate, this is a rich and powerful yet vivacious Riesling with a promising finish.

This is one of those wines where you have to hold on tightly, because you don’t know if you’re being pulled up into heaven or down into the Mariana Trench. Dark and light are so perfectly integrated. There’s a wealth of caramelized pear character and wild herb intensity that leave you totally bamboozled. Then comes the extraordinarily graceful and silky finish that makes it impossible to concentrate on anything else. Fermented and matured in one very well used barrique cask, so very limited production. From organically grown grapes.
音樂欣賞：布拉姆斯一號交響曲集合偉大，意境，優美，激情。
曾被19世紀德國著名指揮家漢斯·馮·畢羅譽為「貝多芬的第十號」，本次特別選出第四樂章，邊聽邊品味 Zeppwingert，絕對是一場偉大的享受。
第四樂章以宏偉浩蕩的氣勢展開，隨後以精心安排的 Pizzicato 兩音組勾弦，畫面一轉，法國號奏出帶有阿爾卑斯山氣息的 Alphorn 主題，彷彿微風飄來遠方的樂韻，營造出優美意境。長笛與之一唱一和，收結如詩。接著弦樂旋律起舞，漸漸步入山峰，羣山起伏，雲霧升騰，化作壯麗雲海。
整首交響曲不僅是經典之作，更暗藏布拉姆斯對貝多芬的深切敬意。繼貝多芬第九號交響曲後，這是古典音樂中絕不可錯過的偉大作品。
