Viticcio 由 Landini 家族擁有,位處於Chianti的中心地帶Greve。現時 Alessandro Landini 和家人跟隨父親的傳統方式管理,葡萄園分佈於Chianti Classico及 Maremma,合共約120公頃,自2013年起全部轉為有機種植。葡萄園周邊盡是樹木,包括用來提煉初搾橄欖油的橄欖樹。酒窖內的工作仍主要保持人手操作,簡約和純淨是展現風土的重要元素。酒莊自1966年起,出產Chianti Classico並以此為骨幹,同時亦以Super Tuscan聞名,它們由來自各個古老葡萄園的Cabernet Sauvignon及 Merlot混釀而成。
Prunaio用上100% Sangiovese,一部分來自 Montalcino,一方面則是由酒莊篩選出來。酒體飽滿,適合長時間陳年,擁有優雅和女性化的感覺。

釀造:
收割後,葡萄於小不鏽鋼缸浸漬72小時。一部分葡萄進行整顆發酵,這令葡萄酒更複雜,風土特色亦可傳達酒中,亦保留了土地的礦物感覺。蘋果酸-乳酸二次發酵於橡木桶內進行。

陳年:
於法國橡木桶內陳年16個月,50%新木桶。

濃厚的寶石紅色,色彩豐富。芳香複雜,帶有濃郁的煙草味,以及淡淡的黑加侖子、黑莓和甘草香氣。感覺好平衡,單寧絲滑明朗,味道和香氣同樣持久。這是出色的葡萄酒,陳年後更佳。 


Today Viticcio is owned by the Landini family in the heart of the Chianti Classico region, Greve. Now the winery is managed by Alessandro Landini who, with his family, follows his father’s footsteps. The vineyards are extends to 120 hectares of which all turned to organic since 2013. All around are woods and also olive trees for the production of extra virgin olive oil. The work in the cellar is still largely carried out manually. Simplicity and cleanliness are essential elements to obtain a wine that expresses at its best the characteristics of its territory.
Prunaio is a full-bodied, feminine wine, with 100% Sangiovese. Some clones come form Montalcino and partly have already been selected in the company.

Vinification:
The grapes come from vineyards planted with selected clones, managed from the beginning with methods similar to biodynamic. After harvesting, the grapes are then further selected to perform a cold maceration for 72 hours in small stainless steel tanks. A portion of the grapes are not crushed but carry out the whole berry fermentation. This allows more complex varietal aromas to transfer to the wine while at the same time preserving mineral notes linked to the terroir. 

Ageing:
Maturation for 16 months in French oak barriques and tonneaux, 50% new.

Ruby red colour with great intensity and richness in colours. Complex aromatic varieties, with generous notes of tobacco and hints of black currant, blackberry and liquorice. Great balance, silky and firm tannins, long-lasting taste and aromas. An excellent wine that improves with ageing.
