威石東最初有釀造WE系列葡萄酒的念頭,純粹是想表達寶島這塊土地的多元,與人們活潑可愛的親切。因此,無年份、混品種,放掉一些束縛、嚮往著更多可能性;也就自然地釀出包含全部在地葡萄品種的WE frizzante微氣泡酒。經由傳統釀造法Méthode Traditionnelle,瓶中二次發酵,讓他們生命體有更深刻的對話。

釀造:
傳統法釀造,無過濾的原酒在瓶内二次發酵培養,人手轉瓶後除渣,限量4,800瓶。

葡萄品種:
32%黑后、25%木杉、15%金香、18%蜜紅、與10%台灣新獨特紅色品種的木肆。

品酒筆記:
垂涎欲滴的淺粉色調和細緻氣泡,表現了她迷人的能量。粉色碎花香氣,荔枝、青芒果的熱帶水果風味,清脆梅李酸感,輕盈柔和口感,些許草本薄荷,略帶葡萄柚桃子核的細緻苦感收尾。每個葡萄品種恰恰扮演著各自的角色,一款纖細層次、和諧、有質地的微氣泡酒。

The vibrant energy of Taiwan's biodiversity and people inspired cuvée W°3 of Weightstone's lightly sparkling frizzante, made from a mélange of five locally grown grape varieties, handcrafted in the classic Méthode Traditionnelle.

Bottle fermented and aged, riddled, and disgorged in Méthode Traditionnelle. Only 4,800 bottles handcrafted.

Grape Varieties:
32% Black Queen, 25% Musann Blanc, 15% Golden Muscat, 18% Mehone, and 10% Taiwan new red wine varietal -- Muzinn.

Tasting Notes:
Inviting light pink hue and fine bubbles signal the delicate charming energy this wine is eager to express. At the core, crisp plummy acidity, gentle tropical fruits of lychee, plums, green mango, and grapefruits, sprinkled with subtle herbal minty side notes and finished in delicate core of peach that expands the palate. We taste each grape variety playing a role in making this refreshingly graceful, textured wine.
