Nikka威士忌由「日本威士忌之父」竹鶴正孝於1934年創立。 Nikka是日本最大的威士忌生產商之一，擁有世界知名的品牌，包括余市、宮城峽和竹鶴。

Nikka Coffey Grain Whisky 釀造的原料以粟米為主。在「Coffey」柱式蒸餾器中蒸餾而成，這種蒸餾器於 1963 年從蘇格蘭進口，非常傳統和罕見。威士忌在再充桶或再烘烤的美國橡木桶陳年，帶出穀物威士忌的甜美和醇厚。

Nikka Whisky was founded in 1934 by Masataka Taketsuru, the “Father of Japanese whisky”. Nikka is one of the largest whisky producers in Japan and  worldwide known. It also owns Miyagkyo, Yoichi and Taketsuru.

Nikka Coffey Grain whisky is a signature grain whisky which was made from corn predominantly. Whisky distilled in a Coffey still which is a very traditional and rare patent still Nikka imported from Scotland in 1963.  It is matured in old casks such as re-filled, remade and re-charred casks originally made from American oak to deliver the sweet and mellow flavors of Coffey distillates.

Nose:
Fresh and enticing. Ripe pear, cherry, exotic fruit, citrus fruit (blood orange, lemon), coconut and vanilla.

Palate:
Juicy and creamy. Ripe fruit with rum accents (banana), caramel, liquorice, star anise, pear.

Finish:
Pleasant and nice bitter touch. Pear and vanilla bourbon.
