以Cabernet Sauvignon為主調，加入少量的Syrah和Merlot。2017年的Palermo在橡木桶陳年12個月，38%新桶。
呈深石榴紫色，散發出焗布冧、未點燃的雪茄、黑森林蛋糕和黑加侖子酒的濃郁氣息，並帶有一絲野生鼠尾草、薄荷和雲呢拿枝的味道。酒體飽滿，果香濃郁，口感緊緻，清新怡人，餘韻帶有泥土氣息。僅製作了400箱。
Orin Swift is a famed Californian cult label, which was founded by a talented winemaker David Swift Phinney. Robert Parker described him as a "genius, creative winemaker". His most well-known label is The Prisoner which was sold to Huneeus Vintners in 2010.
Orin Swift produces bold and creative wines. Each labels are impressive and has its own inspiration.
One of the labels is Palermo Cabernet Sauvignon which is sourced from some the best vineyards in Napa Valley.

Composed of Cabernet Sauvignon blended with a little Syrah and Merlot, the 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon Palermo was aged for 12 months in oak (38% new). Deep garnet-purple colored, it gives up expressive notions of baked plums, unsmoked cigars, Black Forest cake and crème de cassis with hints of wild sage, menthol and vanilla pod. Full-bodied and decadently fruited in the mouth, the palate has a firm, chewy texture and lovely freshness, finishing earthy. 400 cases were made.
