Master Edition Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 這款佳釀的葡萄,來自安地斯山脈山腳下的葡萄園 —— Pirque(海拔690米)與 El Mariscal (海拔600米)兩座優質葡萄園。 其中 El Mariscal 地塊距離酒莊旗艦酒款 Don Melchor 的葡萄園僅約 2 公里,風土極為優越。
其中 50% 的葡萄藤未經嫁接 (ungrafted) ,風土表現更加純粹,單寧也更細緻圓潤。2022 年份香氣表現出色,散發紅果、黑果、香料氣息與柔滑單寧,既適合即時享用,也可陳年保存達10 年。

Master Edition Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 is sourced from vineyards near the foothills of the Andes Mountains — El Mariscal at 600 masl and Pirque at 690 masl.
El Mariscal lies just 2 kilometers from the vineyard of Concha y Toro’s iconic flagship wine, Don Melchor, sharing similarly exceptional terroir conditions.
Notably, 50% of the vines are ungrafted, retaining their original root systems. This allows for a purer expression of the terroir and contributes to finer, more refined tannins.
With great aromatic expression, the 2022 vintage reveals notes of red fruit, black fruit, spice, and velvety tannins. It can be enjoyed now or cellared for up to 10 years.

Alcoholic fermentation occurs in closed stainless steel tanks at 26–28°C for 8 days, followed by 10 days of skin contact. The wine undergoes spontaneous malolactic fermentation and is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels (30% new, 70% second-use).
