Despagne是波爾多一家知名的葡萄酒生產商，亦是懷抱熱情的葡萄農。他們家族紮根於北面的Entre-Deux-Mers已有200多年歷史。Entre-Deux-Mers字面解作兩海之間，但真正所指的其實是Garonne及Dordogne兩條河流，當地的風土受海潮 Mascaret影響。
如今由 Basaline Despagne 和她的釀酒師兄弟 Thibault 經營。旗下有5個酒莊，佔地約300公頃。
La Meute是一片葡萄園，有最好的Semillon。它坐落在Entre Deux Mers北面一座小山丘的山頂，俯瞰着多爾河(Dordogne river)。名字源於一群生活在葡萄園旁邊、帶來節奏感的獵犬。

葡萄園於2004年開始種植，每公頃約10,000棵。海拔71-80米，向西南面，位於石灰岩礦場上，土壤以粘土為主。

釀造：
原顆葡萄壓榨，野生酵母天然發酵。然後移至225升的法國橡木桶中進行低溫發酵，定期攪拌直至裝瓶。

品酒筆記：
首先散發出白桃、杏仁的細緻香氣，然後傳來檸檬馬鞭草、香水檸檬和火石的味道。 餘韻悠長，新鮮清爽。

食物配搭：
與燒鱸魚好合襯，如果加上細香蔥牛油醬汁就更好吃。

Terrior:
The vineyard is planted in 2004 with 10,000 vines per hectare.
Altitude 71-80m, south west exposure. Soil of clay on limestone quarry.

Vinification:
Whole berry pressing and long fermentation in barrels with yeasts from the plot. The juices are then transferred to 225L french oak barrels where they ferment at low temperature.
They are regularly stirred until they are bottled.

Tasting notes:
The wine opens with delicate notes of white peaches, almonds with hints of lemon verbena, citron and gunflint. Long and zesty finish.

Food Pairing:
Delicious with grilled sea bass barbecued on vine shoots and chive butter sauce.
