香檳廠誕生於阿伊(Aÿ),位於香檳區的歷史中心,周圍有近兩百年歷史的建築和花園。Champagne Brimoncourt是傳統的香檳品牌,2008年由Alexandre Cornot接手。
他們與葡萄農建立了長久的合作關係,因而獲得香檳區優秀的葡萄。Chardonnay以細膩的氣泡和花香為特色,採用Sézanais和Côte des Blancs最好的年份釀製。Pinots Noir及Pinots Meunier則來自知名的Montagne de Reims及Marne Valley。

The Champagne houis is born in Aÿ, in the historical heart of the Champagne vineyard, in nearly bicentenary buildings and gardens. It was an ancient Champagne brand and Alexandre Cornot took over the house in 2008. 
They develop long-term relationships with its wine-growing partners and having access to the best grapes in the Champagne region. 
Chardonnays, characterised by their fine bubbles and their floral notes, are made from the finest vintages of the Sézanais and the Côte des Blancs. Pinots Noir and Pinots Meunier stem from the Montagne de Reims and the Marne Valley.

François Huré, Chef Oenologist, strives to respect Champagne terroir and is a master in the art of blending. Brimoncourt encourages integrated viticulture, biodiversity preservation, balance of the vine and strengthening of its natural defenses. Volume and accelerated growth play no part in the development strategy.

Today, it becomes a prestigious Champagne maison and producing awarded Champagne of great value.  Often found in the top restaurants including The Fat Duck, San Domenico and even in Palais de l'Élysée.

Brimoncourt Brut Régence is dominated by Chardonnay, has a great aromatic fineness and embodies Brimoncourt’s spirit and signature. It is a gallant wine all the more seducing with its freshness, round texture and delicately fruity finish.

Color: An elegant, clear and golden robe lit up with a generous string of fine and dancing bubbles.

Aroma:
A subtle and delicate nose of white flowers (acacia). Beautiful freshness and great fineness. The open and flexible attack on the palate blooms with slighty toasted aromas of white peach.

Palate:
The first freshness in the mouth is tempered by the fruit of Pinot Noir structuring the wine. A perfectly balanced champagne, without heaviness nor excessive sweetness. Soft notes lit up with fine and silky bubbles.

Pairing:
Ideal for an aperitive, to pair with truffed tarama, fined cured meat such as coppa or pata negra. It also matches perfectly with fish tartar, poached turbot with
mousseline sauce and snacked scallops.
