星期三的下午，心血來潮望望酒櫃，見到呢支Monteneubel Spätburgunder，想起對上一次見面，已經是兩年前，事別兩年，妳別來無恙嗎？只覺多了一份從容不迫之感，開瓶時富有叢林和野莓感覺，中酒體，口感深沉緊緻，慢慢野莓的果香綻放，芳香慢慢四散，帶香料和礦石感，大半支雪茄的時間，雪松木和野莓達至平衡狀態，如色丁布的質感，最後以非常優雅的山谷白合和薰衣草般收結。
下意職令人聯想起希臘故事入面，一對小男孩小女孩天真無邪地挽手山幽中。
