Domaine Hudelot-Noëllat 位於布爾岡 Côte de Nuits 的 Vougeot,於 1962 年由 Alain Hudelot 創立,現由第三代 Charles van Canneyt 管理。

2022 年的 Vosne-Romanée Village 比 Chambolle 更深沉,散發黑莓、布冧與櫻桃的香氣,並伴隨淡雅的薄荷與香料氣息。酒體中等至飽滿,層次分明,入口圓潤飽滿,單寧細緻優雅,餘韻帶鹹感。


Domaine Hudelot-Noëllat, founded in 1962 by Alain Hudelot, is based in Vougeot in the Côte de Nuits. Today, it is managed by the third generation, Charles van Canneyt.

Covering 10 hectares encompassing 15 appellations from Village to Grand Cru, the estate is among the rare producers to own both Romanée-Saint-Vivant and Richebourg, alongside DRC.

Guided by respect for nature, the domaine seeks to reveal the authentic character of each Climat (vineyard site). Grapes are carefully nurtured and hand-harvested, with winemaking that combines tradition and modernity, relying solely on indigenous yeasts. The wines are aged for about 18 months in the cellar, resulting in pure, elegant expressions of Burgundy’s terroir with depth and finesse.

Hand-harvested and sorted, with 80% destemmed. Fermented with indigenous yeasts, then aged for 16 months in oak barrels (20% new). Neither fined nor filtered.

The 2022 Vosne-Romanée Village is deeper-pitched than its Chambolle counterpart, evoking dark berries, plums and cherries complemented by subtle hints of mint and spices. Medium to full-bodied, layered and textural, it's fleshy and enveloping, with refined tannins and a saline finish.
