酒莊由 Joseph Wunsch 和 Joseph Mann 於 1948 年創立,二人的家族自 1793年起就是葡萄酒生產商。如今,第三和第四代一直按照家族傳統出產阿爾薩斯葡萄酒。酒莊位於Wettolsheim,這是阿爾薩斯葡萄園的典型村莊,距離舊城區Colmar僅 5 公里。

為了守護他們的價值觀和下一代,自2008年起就帶領葡萄園進行有機耕作。為保持質素,他們一方面控制產量,一方面遵循對大自然的尊重。而釀酒的葡萄大部份來自他們自家的葡萄園,小部分來自當地的葡萄農。

此酒代號 N°3,皆因德語中的“3”或“Drei”,類似英語中的“dry”,即是不甜的意思。此外,莊主亦以這款充滿活力的酒向三個女兒表示謝意。

美麗的黃色反映出細膩的金光。濃郁的花香,讓人想起玫瑰、百合、甜香料和柑橘類水果。清爽不甜,濃郁,具礦物感,餘韻清新悠長。

食物配搭:
東南亞菜式或性格鮮明的芝士(藍芝士或Munster)。葡萄酒清爽不甜的味道令它可以襯得起特別的菜式,例如肥美的魚類、龍蝦汁煮貝類或鮭魚砂鍋等。


Wunsch et Mann was founded in 1948 by Joseph Wunsch and Joseph Mann, whose respective families were wine producers since 1793. Today, the 3rd and 4th generation have been producing Alsace wines that reflect a family tradition. The winery is located in Wettolsheim, a typical village of the Alsace vineyard just 5kms far from Colmar. 

In order to preserve their values ​​and land for future generations, they have lead their vineyard in organic farming since 2008The control of yields as well as the respect of nature are the guiding line of their quality policy. They use most of their own vineyard to make the wines. Small part comes from local winegrowers.

This Gewurztraminer is called N°3, because "3" or "Drei" in German is similar to the English "dry", which means not sweet. Also, the owner wants to express his gratitude to three daughters with this vibrant wine.

Tasting Notes:
Beautiful yellow colour, with delicate golden reflections. Intense and floral nose, reminiscent of rose, lily of the valley, sweet spices and citrus fruits. Dry, tense and mineral, with a fresh and persistent finish.

Food Pairings:
Far Eastern cuisine, or cheeses with character (Munster, blues). Its dry character can be pair with special dishes such as oily fish and shellfish in lobster sauce, or salmon terrines.
