2021 Detonation 具有爆炸性，表現生動。Riesling 源於 40 年老藤，生長於 3 個土壤貧瘠的葡萄園，展現出豐富的生命力。口感強勁而纖細，富有礦石的感覺，加上點點鹹味，非常誘人。2021 年比 2020 年輕盈一點，只有 11% 的酒精，礦物感千迴百轉，與海鮮匹配。
The 2021 Detonation is explosive and expressive. He comes from 40-year-old vines from 3 plots with very poor soil. Powerful and yet slim on the palate, equipped with all the finesse. Seductive on the palate with the finest mineral slate play, salty, expressive. The 2021 is only marginally lighter than the phenomenal 2020, has only 11% alcohol and has a mineral lingering on the palate! Perfect with everything comes from the sea.
