法文「Le Pin」意為松樹，因園內兩棵標誌性古松而得名，在華人圈的綽號叫「李鵬」。
酒莊位於波爾多右岸 Pomerol 高原中心，1979 年由比利時 Thienpont 家族購入，當時僅是一塊 1 公頃多，沒有城堡的小地塊。這裡的鐵質黏土混合礫石，是種植 Merlot 的黃金風土。1982 年份獲 Robert Parker 給予 100 分滿分，令酒莊一夜成名。由於規模極小、純手工釀造，Le Pin 亦成為 90 年代「車庫酒」浪潮的代表。
風味以黑松露、烘焙咖啡及濃郁黑莓香氣著稱，單寧絲滑，年輕時已極具親和力，同時具備數十年的陳年潛力。酒莊現今面積約 2.7 公頃，年產量約 5,000 至 6,000 瓶，稀有度遠超左岸一級名莊。

Le Pin, meaning “pine tree” in French, takes its name from two iconic old pines in the vineyard. The estate sits at the heart of the Pomerol plateau on Bordeaux’s Right Bank.
Purchased in 1979 by the Belgian Thienpont family, it began as just over one hectare with no château. Its mix of iron‑rich clay and gravel soils provides ideal terroir for Merlot. In 1982, Robert Parker awarded it a perfect 100 points, propelling Le Pin to instant fame. With its tiny scale and artisanal winemaking, it became a symbol of the “garage wine” movement of the 1990s.
Renowned for aromas of black truffle, roasted coffee, and ripe blackberries, the wine shows silky tannins, remarkable approachability in youth, and decades of aging potential. Today the vineyard covers only about 2.7 hectares, producing 5,000–6,000 bottles annually — rarer and harder to obtain than many Left Bank First Growths.

The medium to deep garnet-purple colored 2016 Le Pin reveals glimpses of preserved plums, blackberry pie and raspberry compote plus suggestions of potpourri, star anise, tobacco, fenugreek and stewed tea plus a waft of hoisin. The medium-bodied palate is opulent, rich and plush with layers of black and red fruit preserves and loads of exotic spice accents, finishing very long and very decadent.

The palate is medium-bodied, showing ethereal fruit and polished tannins, with an elegant, seamless texture that gently unfolds across the palate.
