The delineated, enclosed Kaseler Dominikanerberg vineyard is one of Germany's rare monopole estates, owned exclusively by the von Nell-Breuning family. With its steep slopes, Dominikanerberg provides the perfect conditions for brilliantly fruity Rieslings. It features barren slate ground, with hard blue slate slabs which imbue the wines with a distinctive minerality. The steep south to south-west facing slope’s gradients average 50%.

The wine is light but shows depth and strength at the same time, which can be well combined with fish, chicken or white meat.
