迦南美地酒莊坐落於寧夏賀蘭山東麓地區,由具中德背景的釀酒師王芳創立。她於 2000 年赴德國吉森大學 (Giessen University) 留學及定居,2011年返國,邀請德國釀酒師共同在寧夏創立酒莊,正式展開她的釀酒旅程。

王芳出身釀酒世家,其父是中國寧夏精品葡萄酒的奠基者之一。她在海外生活 12 年,與世界各地葡萄酒建立深厚連結,也深受父親一生釀酒事業的影響。她在酒界被暱稱為「Crazy Fang」,以原創、堅持與冒險精神聞名,致力於展現中國風土的潛力。

酒莊雖成立不久,卻已在國際間屢獲讚譽,獲得 Jancis Robinson、Bernard Burtschy 和 Ian D’Agata 等名家推薦,並出口至英國、加拿大、澳洲等國。

「小野馬」紅酒象徵著寧夏狂野多變的氣候,以及釀酒師迎戰自然挑戰的精神。葡萄種植於寧夏豐富的灰漠土壤之上,汲取風土精華,造就飽滿酒體與鮮明個性。散發著紅果香氣、泥土與香料氣息,結構平衡,層次分明。

我喜歡 Cabernet 典型的黑橄欖、黑豆泥,混合紅黑櫻桃和黑加侖子的香氣。酒體成熟流暢,單寧柔和,酸甜平衡,餘韻帶有果香和淡淡的草本氣息。


Kanaan Winery lies at the eastern foothills of Helan Mountain in Ningxia. It was founded by Wang Fang, a winemaker with Chinese-German roots. After studying at Giessen University in 2000 and settling in Germany, she returned to China in 2011 and invited German winemakers to join her in establishing the winery—marking the beginning of her winemaking journey.

Born into a winemaking family, Wang Fang is the daughter of one of the pioneers of Ningxia’s fine wine industry. Her 12 years abroad connected her with global wine cultures, while her father’s lifelong dedication to wine deeply shaped her path. Known in the wine world as “Crazy Fang,” she’s recognized for her originality, persistence, and bold spirit—driven by a passion to showcase the potential of Chinese terroir.

Though still young, the winery has earned international recognition, with praise from renowned critics including Jancis Robinson, Bernard Burtschy, and Ian D’Agata.

Wild Pony, one of Kanaan’s signature wines, reflects Ningxia’s rugged and unpredictable climate, and the winemaker’s determination to meet its challenges. Grown in the rich sierozem soil of the region, the grapes produce a full-bodied wine with aromas of red fruit, earth, and spice—balanced, expressive, and unmistakably distinctive.

I like the typical cabernet notes of black olives, black bean puree, mixed red and black cherries and currants. Ripe and fluid, with soft tannins and a sweet-sour touch to the fruity and lightly herbal finish.
