Immich-Batterieberg 是 Mosel 最具歷史的酒莊之一，自 1425 年由 Immich 家族創立及掌舵，直至 1989 年。2009 年由才華洋溢的釀酒師 Gernot Kollmann 及夥伴接手復興。
Steffensberg 早在 1868 年普魯士分級中被列為最高級，至今仍被視為 Grand Cru 級地塊。向南的陡坡斜坡、富含鐵質的紅色板岩，孕育 60 年以上原生老藤。紅板岩賦予 Riesling 更溫暖、圓潤的質感，酸度較柔和。

來自 60 年以上未經嫁接的老藤，2017 年的 Enkircher Steffensberg Riesling 一開瓶即散發純淨、清爽、清新優雅的花香，與紅褐色的板岩相呼應，表現出華麗而精緻的果香。飽滿濃郁，帶有細膩的橡木單寧，提供些許橡木味和單寧。此酒圓潤、多汁但精確，細密緊緻，但結尾仍略顯封閉，進一步陳年可展現潛力。
Immich-Batterieberg is one of the most historic estates in the Mosel. Founded and helmed by the Immich family since 1425 (until 1989), it was revived in 2009 by the talented winemaker Gernot Kollmann and his partners.
Steffensberg was classified at the highest rank in the 1868 Prussian classification, and is still regarded as a Grand Cru plot today. Its steep, south-facing slopes and iron-rich red slate are home to 60+ year-old ungrafted old vines. This unique red slate imparts a warmer, rounder texture to Riesling, with softer acidity.
Kollmann crafts outstanding dry and off-dry Rieslings with minimal intervention—no sugar, concentration, de-acidification, or chemical fining, only a touch of sulfur before bottling. The wines are precise, vibrant, and show impressive aging potential.

From 60-year-old ungrafted vines, the 2017 Enkircher Steffensberg Riesling opens with a pure and crunchy, beautifully fresh and elegant bouquet that reflects the reddish colored slate and indicates opulent and refined Riesling fruit. Lush and intense on the palate, with some fine oaky tannins, a certain oak flavor and tannin astringency, this is a round, juicy but precise and crystalline Riesling with a dense and compact yet still somewhat closed finish that asks for further cellaring.
