Camus has been the largest independent family-owned house dedicated to cognac production since 1863, spanning five generations. Camus has received numerous awards in international spirit competitions, being recognized as one of the best Cognacs in the world.
CAMUS VSOP is an intensely aromatic cognac, featuring a floral and fruity profile with notes of oak, spice, and vanilla. This complexity arises from a careful selection of Eaux-de-Vie that reflect the quintessential flavors of the terroir, with some sourced from the prestigious Borderies cru. All barrels used for aging are exclusively of “fine grain” and low in tannins, thanks to a unique ‘French Light Toasting’ process, which balances oakiness with fresh flavors.

Distilled with the lees in small pot stills, to extract their aroma-enhancing components. Minimum 4 years old for the youngest batches entering the blend. Matured in lightly toasted, fine-medium grain small French oak cask (capacity 350 litres).
