波龍堡,自1999年由中法合資成立以來,始終堅持「有機」理念,在北京市房山區打造出屬於中國的精品酒莊。

酒莊擁有53公頃自家葡萄園,從土地整治到栽種管理,每一步都體現出對自然的尊重與對品質的執著。

波龍堡深信「好酒是種出來的」。酒莊地處霧嵐山腳下,日夜溫差與古河道沉積的沙石土壤,為葡萄提供理想的生長環境。他們堅持人工採收、嚴格控制產量與水分,並遵守不使用化肥、農藥、除草劑等五項「有機不准」。

釀造過程中不額外添加糖、酸或單寧,力求保留葡萄的天然風味。600 平方米的半地下酒窖配備法國橡木桶,為葡萄酒提供理想的陳年環境。

首席釀酒師薛飛曾赴法國布根地進修釀酒技術,並參與當地酒莊實習,將法國釀酒理念與中國風土巧妙融合。

多年來,波龍堡憑藉穩定品質與有機理念,獲得國際酒評界肯定。2017年,榮獲法國權威酒評機構 Bettane + Desseauve 頒發的「中國十大酒莊」獎項,彰顯其在中國葡萄酒界的領先地位。

Founded in 1999 as a Sino-French joint venture, Château Bolongbao has remained true to its organic philosophy, establishing itself as a boutique winery in Beijing’s Fangshan District.

The estate spans 53 hectares of vineyards, where every step—from land restoration to vine management—reflects a deep respect for nature and a commitment to quality.

Bolongbao believes that great wine is grown. Nestled at the foot of Wu Lan Shan (霧嵐山), the winery benefits from wide diurnal temperature shifts and sandy, stony soils shaped by ancient riverbeds, which is ideal for grape cultivation. Grapes are hand-harvested with strict control over yield and irrigation, and the winery adheres to five core “organic prohibitions,” including the avoidance of chemical fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides.

No sugar, acid, or tannin is added during vinification, preserving the fruit’s natural character. A 600-square-meter semi-underground cellar, fitted with French oak barrels, provides optimal conditions for aging.

Winemaker Fei Xue studied viticulture and oenology in Burgundy and trained at local estates, blending French winemaking philosophy with Chinese terroir.

Over the years, Bolongbao has earned recognition from the international wine community for its consistent quality and organic approach. In 2017, it was named one of the “Top 10 Wineries in China” by Bettane + Desseauve, a leading French wine authority, affirming its place at the forefront of Chinese wine.
