FRESHNESS FROM THE CONTINUOUS DISTILLATION OF SUGAR MOLASSES AND CHARACTER FROM AGEING: A WINNING COMBINATION

Havana Club 3 Años has a light, straw colour that reveals its age: every single drop has aged for a minimum of three years. The nose is a full bouquet of smooth aromas, with hints of oak, molasses and sugar cane. The taste is well-balanced and complex: a sweet, mild, fruity flavour with a light hint of citrus.

Mojito :

真正的古巴風味,只需跟著簡單的三步驟:調合,搗碎,再調合,就可以在家享受最原本的古巴Mojito。記得調多幾杯同朋友飲!

 材料:

  • 2茶匙白糖
  • 半個青檸
  • 2小支薄荷葉
  • 45 ml Havana Club Añejo 3 Años
  • 90 ml 氣泡水
  • 3粒方型冰塊

步驟:

  1. 以吧匙將白糖與鮮青檸汁混合
  2. 將薄荷葉於青檸汁與糖中搗碎
  3. 加入冧酒,冰塊再攪拌,然後再加入氣泡水至斟滿
  4. 以一小枝薄荷葉作裝飾,乾杯!!!

Mojito Recipe:

A true taste of Cuba Enjoy the sensorial experience of making an authentic Cuban Mojito at home by following our simple “Mix, Muddle, Mix” recipe. Be sure to make enough to share with your friends!

Ingredients:

  • 2 Teaspoons white sugar
  • 0.5 Lime
  • 2 Sprigs of mint
  • 45 ml Havana Club Añejo 3 Años
  • 90 ml Sparkling water
  • 3 Ice cubes

Steps:

1. Mix the sugar and the fresh lime juice with a spoon.

2. Muddle the mint sprigs in the sugar and lime mixture.

3. Mix again after adding the Havana Club 3, and ice cubes. Top up with sparkling water.

4. Garnish with a mint sprig and…salud!

海明威Daiquiri

一小卷紅西柚是這一杯Daiquir最重要的靈魂,亦成為大文豪海明威的心靈良藥。而這一杯就是海明威在El Floridita常常點的cocktail。

 材料:

  • 半片青檸
  • 5 ml Maraschino酒
  • 35ml 新鮮紅西柚汁
  • 50ml Havana Club Añejo 3 Años
  • 3粒方型冰塊

 步驟:

  1. 將新鮮青檸汁,Maraschino酒,紅西柚汁,冰塊,及Havana Club 3放進搖酒器或有蓋壺中
  2. 搖晃30
  3. 倒進杯中
  4. 以紅西柚片裝飾杯邊,完成!

 

Hemingway Daiquiri Recipe:

A twist in the plot Pink grapefruit juice is the key ingredient for this Daiquiri guaranteed to cure writer's block – one of several variations served up to Hemingway at El Floridita.

Ingredients:

  • 0.5 Lime
  • 5 ml Maraschino liqueur
  • 35 ml Fresh pink grapefruit juice
  • 50 ml Havana Club Añejo 3 Años
  • 3 Ice cubes
  • 1 Cocktail shaker or large jar with a lid

Steps:

1. Put the fresh lime juice, Maraschino liqueur, pink grapefruit juice, ice cubes, and the Havana Club 3 into a shaker or large jar with a lid.

2. Shake for 30 seconds.

3. Strain into a cocktail glass.

4. Garnish with a twist of pink grapefruit peel and…salud!

Classic Daiquiri

家裡沒有攪拌機? 無問題!因為地道古巴人會告訴你,要做好一杯好cocktail,從來不需要任何花巧的工具。只需在有蓋罐中搖盪,就成了一杯好Daiquiri!

材料:

  • 2茶匙白糖
  • 半個青檸
  • 50 ml毫升Havana Club Añejo 3 Años
  • 3粒方型冰塊

 步驟:

  1. 將糖加入到搖酒器或有蓋罐中,再擠出青檸汁。
  2. 加入Havana Club 3 及冰塊。以你的手法搖動30秒。
  3. 完成並倒進cocktail杯中。

Classic Daiquiri Recipe:

No blender? No hay problema As any Cuban will tell you, you don't need fancy gadgets to make fantastic cocktails. Shake this Daiquiri in any large jar with a lid and it will taste just as good!

Ingredients:

  • 2 Teaspoons white sugar
  • 0.5 Lime
  • 50 ml Havana Club Añejo 3 Años
  • 3 Ice cubes
  • 1 Cocktail shaker or large jar with a lids

Steps:

1. Put the sugar in a shaker or large jar with a lid and gently squeeze in the lime juice.

2. Add the Havana Club 3 and ice cubes. Shake it like you mean it for about 30 seconds.

3. Strain into a cocktail glass and…salud!
