2017 年的 Durona Parellada 是一款低酒精（11.5%）的白酒，不經橡木桶陳年，具有鮮明的特徵。散發花香和草本香氣，口感輕盈，平衡良好，風味集中，喝來非常順口且美味，僅出產了 3,000 瓶。
Lying just 60 kilometers west of Barcelona, MontRubí is at home in the wine region of Penedès. The bodega and vineyards of MontRubí stand at over 2,000 feet above the sea, with different soils of clayey-calcareous, sandy-calcareous and slate, which gives the wine more complexity and character and minerality.
MontRubí values indigenous grapes that can express the terroir and the culture most. They have committed to organic farming and obtained the Bio & Vegan certification.

Winemaking:
Short cold prefermentation maceration on the skins. Fermentation commences spontaneously in custom locallymade clay amphora. Once fermentation is complete, the wine continues to age in the same vessel on its fine lee. This allows it to continue to evolve in novel ways as oxygen interacts with the wine through the porous clay material.

The new 2017 Durona Parellada is a low alcohol (11.5%), unoaked white that has a sharp profile with aromas of flowers and herbs and a light palate with good balance and focused flavors. Very easy to drink and delicious. 3,000 bottles produced.
