Immich-Batterieberg 是 Mosel 最具歷史的酒莊之一，自 1425 年由 Immich 家族創立及掌舵，直至 1989 年。2009 年由才華洋溢的釀酒師 Gernot Kollmann 及夥伴接手復興。

Zeppwingert 是酒莊最具代表性的頂級地塊之一。在 1868 年的普魯士葡萄園分級中被列為最高等級，可說是 Mosel 中部最好的風土之一。擁有大量超過 100 年的無接枝老藤（Ungrafted vines），紮根的土壤以石英含量極高的灰色板岩為主，賦予 Riesling 深度和結構。

來自 6 層梯田，逾百年的古老葡萄藤（其中此年份的 Reserve 選擇了最上兩層梯田）。2017 年Enkircher Zeppwingert Riesling 以清晰、濃郁且略帶橡木氣息的香氣，展現出完美成熟的果香，散發出爽脆、晶瑩和非常精細的骨架。 口感上，濃郁、青蔥、優雅和無盡的鹹感，同時由礦物、極細的單寧與優美的酸度建立出嚴謹而持久的結構。 質感細膩無縫，餘韻持續散發鹹感和張力。並未發酵至全乾，停在每升 11.3 克殘糖。 然而，甜度已完美融合，並保證了極長的陳年潛力。

Immich-Batterieberg is one of the most historic estates in the Mosel. Founded and helmed by the Immich family since 1425 (until 1989), it was revived in 2009 by the talented winemaker Gernot Kollmann and his partners.

Its premier site, Zeppwingert, was ranked in the highest tier of the 1868 Prussian Vineyard Classification, representing some of the finest terroir in the Middle Mosel. It is home to centenarian ungrafted vines on quartzite-grey slate, which imparts remarkable depth and structure to the Rieslings.

Kollmann specializes in dry and off-dry Rieslings crafted with minimal intervention. By eschewing chaptalization, concentration, de-acidification, and chemical fining agents—with only minimal sulfur added at bottling—he produces wines that are structurally precise, vibrantly alive, and perfectly balanced.

From 100+-year-old vines on six terraces (the two upper terraces were selected for the reserve wine this vintage), the 2017 Enkircher Zeppwingert Riesling opens with a clear, dense and slightly oaky bouquet of perfectly ripe Riesling fruit and reveals a crunchy, crystalline and very fine backbone. On the palate, this is an intense, lush, elegant and endlessly salty Riesling with crystalline acidity and finesse but also a serious, persistent structure constructed by minerals, very fine tannins and beautifully fine acidity. The wine is highly finessed and seamless in its texture, and the finish continues scattering salt and tension. The 2017 did not ferment to fully dry, stopping at 11.3 grams per liter of residual sugar. However, the sweetness is already perfectly integrated and guarantees very long aging potential.
