故事始於 Languedoc-Roussillon,一位來自香檳世家,從事葡萄酒行銷的 Mathilde Boulachin,因為兩次懷孕,連續四年滴酒不沾,而萌生零酒精品酒的念頭。她出品的 Pierre Zéro 不僅健康無/低酒精,更同時具備葡萄酒風味。

Lemon Spritz即飲低酒精雞尾酒,葡萄酒經低溫真空技術去除酒精及鎖住原味,再以地中海檸檬風味調配。無添加防腐劑。冰凍飲用 (6-8 °C) 清新怡人,無論作為開胃酒、早午餐或節慶聚會都合適。

Pierre Zéro is crafted in France by Pierre Chavin. Their brands are present in 65 countries and served in many high image venues around the world. Many wine professionals recommend their wines, such as Matthias Giroud, Xavier Thuizat, Andreas Larsson, and Jancis Robinson stated that "...better than many others dealcoholized wines."

The story began in the Languedoc-Roussillon. Mathilde Boulachin, wine marketing specialist from a Champagne wine family who had two successive pregnancies with 4 years of complete abstinence from alcohol.  Thanks to her passion for wine, Mathilde envisioned a product that embodies all that wine represents, yet with low or no alcohol.

Lemon Spritz is a ready‑to‑drink low-alcohol cocktail. Dealcoholized through low‑temperature vacuum distillation to preserve the wine’s original aromas and is refined with Mediterranean lemon flavors, with no added preservatives. Best enjoyed chilled (6-8 °C), refreshingly suited for aperitifs, brunch, or festive gatherings.

Vinification:
Crafted using low-temperature vacuum distillation to to remove alcohol while preserving its original aromas. 

Tasting Notes:
Pale yellow, almost translucent, with fine sparkling bubbles that instantly evoke freshness. On the palate, a lively lemony attack is rounded by elderflower and mint. Its slightly sweet finish gently prolongs the tasting experience.

Food Pairing:
Mediterranean-inspired tapas, avocado and shrimp bruschetta, and delicious pastries or fruity desserts.

Best Serving Temperature:

6°C-8°C, ideally with ice cubes and a slice of lemon.
