半個世紀以來,黑后葡萄是台灣主要釀酒紅葡萄。2015年,我們在彰化二林找到傳承三代的農夫世家-涂大哥。我們一起栽培守護,透過高品質樹冠管理,讓整個生長季豐沛的陽光與流動的空氣,達到每一株葡萄藤健康平衡。特釀N° 15的栽培年,春雨的洗禮緩慢了成熟的步伐,颱風來襲前稍早摘的葡萄經手工選果、整串溫和壓榨,真實呈現黑后獨特鮮明的風味。

傳統釀造法。

品酒筆記:
透過細膩的手工傳統釀造法瓶中二次發酵與長時間靜置熟成,黑中灰 特釀N°15–以Extra Brut風格,獨特青梅、黑李、草莓及葡萄柚風味,在細緻的鮭魚粉金色氣泡,輕盈又純粹優雅地慢慢釋放。
食物搭配上,建議草莓、櫻桃、粉紅胡椒、紫蘇梅漬物、淡醬油、Beluga魚子醬、鰻魚、禽類、和牛陶鍋飯等。
建議寬型香檳杯於6-8°C品飲。

 

For half a century, the Black Queen grape is the major red wine grape in Taiwan. In 2015, we found a family of three generations of farmers, Mr.Tu, in Changhua Erlin. We cultivate and guard together, through the management of high-quality canopy, let the whole season grow abundant sunshine and flowing air to achieve a healthy balance of each vine. During the cultivation year of the special N° 15, the baptism of the spring rain slowed down the mature pace. The grapes picked earlier before the typhoon were hand-selected and the whole series of gentle pressed, realizing the unique and distinct flavor after the Black Queen.

Methode traditionnelle, bottle fermented, hand riddled.
2,420 bottles handcrafted.

Tasting Notes:
This wine expresses Black Queen’s true uniqueness in a new light.
Through the delicate handcrafting winemaking method, the second fermentation in the bottle and the long-term static ripening.
This 2015 Gris de Noirs in Extra Brut style, gives unique green plum, black plum, strawberry and grapefruit flavors, the fine, delicate salmon pink to golden color bubble powder, light and purely elegantly released.
With food pairing, it is recommended to use strawberries, cherries, pink pepper, perilla, light soy sauce, Beluga caviar, eel, poultry, and sauer pot rice.
Suggested serving at 6-8°C with wide Champagne glasses.
