鴿酒莊創立於2017年，位於寧夏賀蘭山東麓鴿子山核心產區。由張言志創立，他畢業於波爾多葡萄酒學院，亦是波爾多葡萄酒學會 Académie du Vin de Bordeaux 首位中國籍成員。
酒莊擁有逾 2 萬畝葡萄園，其中 1.5 萬畝為 20 年以上老藤，主要種植 Cabernet Gernischt（Carmenère）、Cabernet Sauvignon、Chardonnay 和 Malbec 等品種。
建築就地取材，以外圓內方的石砌結構，展現人與自然的融合。旗下酒款屢獲 Decanter、IWC 等國際大獎，更是中國首個通過 BRC 國際品質認證的酒莊，代表品質達到國際的嚴格標準。

果香濃郁，帶有黑櫻桃、黑布冧的香氣，並有一絲紫羅蘭、黑豆和桑葚的香味。層次豐富，甜度不明顯。酒體中等，單寧細緻。整體風格平衡，果香突出。
Founded in 2017, Xige Estate is located in the core Pigeon Mountain (Gezishan) area at the eastern foothills of the Helan Mountains in Ningxia. The estate was established by Yanzhi Zhang, a graduate of the Bordeaux Wine Institute and the first Chinese member of the Académie du Vin de Bordeaux.
The estate manages over 20,000 mu of vineyards, with 15,000 mu of old vines over 20 years old, primarily planted with Cabernet Gernischt (Carmenère), Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, and Malbec.
Built from local stone, the winery features a circular exterior and a square interior layout, symbolizes harmony between man and nature. Xige wines have won international awards such as the Decanter World Wine Awards and the IWC. Furthermore, Xige is the first winery in China to achieve BRC international certification, showcasing Chinese fine wine crafted to rigorous global standards.

Fruity and giving, with black cherries, Damson plums and hints of violets, black beans and mulberries on the nose. Generous but nothing obviously sweet, with a medium body and firm, fine-grained tannins. Poised and fruit-oriented.
