如果想嘗到微甜的滋味，可以找德國人所說的feinherb。Feinherb在德國和歐盟都沒有明文規定，殘糖含量可以跟halbtrocken一樣，但亦可以超越限制，達至30克。以德國貴族酒莊Dominikaner Weingut C. von Nell-Breuning的Kaseler Nies'chen Riesling Spatlese Feinherb 2018為例，R.S.為25.6克/升。喝來甜度細膩，感覺和諧，像春天的陽光。散發出青蘋果、酸橙、白胡椒和薄荷等香氣，配各種菜餚都不錯，吃辣更是一絕，正好用甜來平衡辣。
