Pierre Tarlant於Marne Valley種植葡萄樹,而Tarlant家族於1687年開始釀酒,至今經歷了12代人的努力。Champagne Tarlant是獨立農莊香檳(RM - Recoltant Manipulant),自產自釀,小規模生產,獲不少星級餐廳垂青。
有別於大品牌以穩定至上,Tarlant更忠於風土。葡萄園現時分佈於四個村莊(crus):Oeuilly、Boursault、St-Agnan及Celles-ès-Condé,土壤複雜,賦予葡萄豐富的礦物質。加上Tarlant尊重自然,用有機肥料,減少人為干預。
Zero代表沒有額外添加糖分,是率直和新鮮的香檳,展現所有葡萄和土壤希望表現的東西。這Brut Nature極為珍貴,三種葡萄加起來的平衡感覺令人讚歎,加上在瓶內與酒渣陳年達六年多,風味醇厚。

這款 NV Brut Nature Zero 呈現出柑橘油、青蘋果、忌廉酥餅和合桃的香氣。酒體中等至飽滿,可以感覺到明顯而清脆的酸度,風味持久,富有深度。


The Tarlant family traces their winegrowing history back to 1687, when Pierre Tarlant first cultivated grapevines in the Marne Valley. Since then there have been twelve successive generations of Tarlants producing wine at their estate in the village of Oeuilly.
Champagne Tarlant is the Grower Champagne (RM-Recoltant Manipulant), with small-scale production. Unlike other big maisons, Tarlant prefers terroir more than consistency. The estate comprises 14 hectares of vines spread through 4 different crus: Oeuilly, Boursault, St-Agnan and Celles-lès-Condé. The diversity of soils results in a complex signature of terroir that is strongly reflected in Tarlant’s wines. Moreover, the vineyards are taken care with respect for the environment, using organic fertilizers and minimum soil disturbance. 
Zero (stands for zero dosage), without added sugar, is a frank fresh champagne that unveils all that the grapes and soil have to say. This Brut Nature is precious and remarkable in the balance of the three varieties, in addition to the long time spent on aging on lees (6 years and 2 months) in bottle, the flavour is extraordinary.

Vinification:
Based on the 2012 vintage and disgorged in January 2019. Slow press by gravity, spontaneous fermentation and 6 months on the lees in french oak-barrel. Second fermentation and aging on lees in bottle for 6 years and 2 months. No fining, and no added sugar.

Based on the 2012 vintage and disgorged in January 2019, Tarlant's NV Brut Nature Zero exhibits notes of citrus oil, green apples, pastry cream and walnuts, followed by a medium to full-bodied, vinous but incisive palate that's tangy and precise, with good depth and dimension at the core.
