這款桂花烏龍茶源自福建省仙遊縣的山區,高海拔 (約800米高) 與紅土壤,栽培出優質的茶葉。秋季採摘的鐵觀音與清晨收採的桂花層層覆蓋,經 48 小時反覆薰香後自然吸收花香。茶葉再以英國泉水冷泡 24 小時,並加入少量氣泡,呈現出頂級氣泡茶的優雅和細緻香氣。

Each tea in their collection is sourced from a single origin, highlighting the purity and unique character of its terroir. The leaves undergo a meticulous 24-hour cold-brew process, followed by delicate carbonation, resulting in a texture that’s silky-smooth and champagne-like — perfect for pairing with fine cuisine or elevating any occasion.

Osmanthus Oolong begins in the misty mountains of Xianyou County, Fujian, where mineral-rich red soil and high elevation nurture exceptional tea. Autumn-harvested Tie Guan Yin is layered with fragrant dawn-picked osmanthus blossoms in bamboo baskets, allowing the tea to absorb their golden aroma over 48 hours. Cold-brewed with English spring water for 24 hours to preserve its delicate florals, the tea is finished with a gentle sparkle — Saicho’s modern tribute to ancient Chinese tradition.
