酒莊Tre Pile由Ghisolfi家族經營,四代人一直致力生產優質葡萄酒。葡萄園位處Langhe區內最享負盛名的地段Bussia Soprana。

自 1852 年以來,他們對葡萄酒和鄉村傳統的熱情始終不變。1980 年,第三代Alberto Ghisolfi加入酒廠,他尋找最好的土地以提高質量。他的兒子卡羅Carlo於Alba釀酒學院畢業,加入酒莊後,憑藉其創新理念,以及對家族傳統和風土的尊重,目前參與葡萄酒生產。

釀造:

人工採收。去梗然後壓榨,在不銹鋼缸中浸皮發酵,並進行蘋果酸-乳酸發酵。“Carlin”是同類葡萄酒中,第一個利用斯拉沃尼亞的大橡木桶陳釀(8 個月)令層次複雜。

品酒筆記:
寶石紅色之中,略帶啡紅色。散發玫瑰、紫羅蘭、覆盆子和香料的氣息。柔順優雅,韻味悠長。


Cantina Tre Pile has been producing quality wines by the Ghisolfi family for four generations. The vineyards are located in Bussia Soprana on the Tre Pile side, the most prestigious wine-growing areas in Langhe.
Since 1852 the excellent quality and passion to wine and to the rural traditions remain unchanged. In 1980 Alberto Ghisolfi joined the winery, investing in the search for the best land in order to increase the quality.  His son Carlo, a graduate of the enological institute of Alba, entered the winery, who with his innovative ideas currently takes care of the production of the wines, always respecting the family traditions and the terror.

Terror:
Blend of 2 vineyards, One called Bussia, a cru Barolo vineyard site (40%) and one called La Torricella (60%) which is slightly higher elevation in Torricella. Because of this, it’s not bottled as a Barolo but instead as a Langhe Nebbiolo. Therefore, it is very good value for money. 

Vinification:
Manual harvest. De-stemmed and then pressed, the fermentation in contact with skins in stainless steel tanks. The wine will then carry out malolactic fermentation. "Carlin" was kind of the first of its kind to age Nebbiolo in Slovakian Oak (for 8 months)

Tasting Notes:
Ruby ​​red with nuances tending towards garnet.  Floral notes of rose, violet, raspberry and spices. Soft and elegant, with great persistence.
