Born into a family of winemakers in Burgundy, Pascal Clément brings over 20 years of experience from prestigious domaines, including the renowned Domaine Coche-Dury in Meursault.
In 2012, he founded his own winery with a clear philosophy: crafting high quality wines with deep respect for the terroir. Collaborating with long-established winegrower friends who share the same philosophy. Most of them have turned to organic farming, some even to biodynamics.
Pascal embraces a low-intervention approach, with 80% of his production dedicated to white wine.
Pascal Clément’s Meursault vineyards lie at ~260m with east-south exposure, rooted in marly and magnesian limestone from Jurassic strata. Improved by Cîteaux monks since 1098, the soils blend Callovian limestone and Argovian marl. The village, known for its elegant architecture and iconic 53m steeple, earned AOC status in 1937, cementing its reputation for exceptional white wines.
