Masi位於意大利北部的Veneto,由Boscaini家族擁有。酒莊出產的葡萄酒種類繁多,從單一葡萄園的Amarone,以至價格實惠例如Verona IGT 和 delle Venezie的葡萄酒。Masi現在於整個地區均擁有葡萄園,包括Bardolino Classico 和 Soave Classico。當中最聞名於世的葡萄酒是Valpolicella,特別是Amarone 葡萄酒(以風乾葡萄釀造的酒)。酒莊擅長在竹架風乾葡萄的appassimento技術,加上溫度和濕度的控制,令出產的Amarone分外出色。

這酒散發着乾果和紅土的香氣,可說是2015這個溫暖而陽光明媚的年份所獨有。它有額外的甜度(酒精度為15.5%),而所具備的濃度讓它在味蕾上展現強大的力量。這款酒用70% Corvina、25% Rondinella 和 5% Molinara 混釀,在質感上猶如糖漿般濃稠,感覺很耐嚼,但又不會太沉厚。這酒在橡木桶陳年40個月,產量為60,000瓶。

Masi is owned by the Boscaini family in Veneto, nothern Italy.  The estate has produced wide range of wines, from single-vineyard Amarone to affordable wines under the Verona IGT and delle Venezie designations.  Nowadays,  Masi owns vineyards throughout the region, including Bardolino Classico and Soave Classico. But it is famous for its Valpolicella wines, and Amarone wines especially. The Masi cellars are specifically conducive to the appassimento technique of drying grapes on bamboo racks, with the control of temperature and humidity.  As a result, the Amarone has particularly high quality.

The Masi 2015 Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Riserva Costasera offers aromas of dried fruit and dusty terracotta that are unique to this warm and sunny vintage. This Riserva shows an extra dose of sweetness (with a 15.5% alcohol content) and thick concentration that gives this wine a lot of power and density that is especially evident on the palate. This blend of 70% Corvina, 25% Rondinella and 5% Molinara is almost chewy and syrupy in texture, but it does not come across as too heavy or thick. This Riserva is submitted to up to 40 months in oak. Production is 60,000 bottles. (Drink date: 2021-2033)
