Rothschild家族是葡萄酒界的一大家族，除了大名鼎鼎的Château Lafite與Château Mouton外，旗下知名酒莊包括Château Clerc Milon、Château d'Armailhac、Château Clarke、Château Rieussec，以家族五箭標誌縱橫酒界。
Rothschild家族在2009年正式推出Champagne Barons de Rothschild，強調打造出的頂級時尚品牌，可謂是近年最快躍升的香檳品牌。在法國所有頂尖知名的Brut（不甜）香檳中，這款Brut代表作乃Chardonnay葡萄比例最高的酒款之一，系出名門，充分體現完美酒質與香檳區的至高風味。Chardonnay帶來耐人尋味的繽紛香氣與清新優雅的口感，來自漢斯上等Pinot Noir葡萄則構築起作品飽滿結實的酒體，在法國聲勢凌越各大經典品牌，傲居Brut香檳的第一寶座。
用上來自香檳最佳風土的Chardonnay和Pinot Noir，至少陳年4年。加糖分量很低(6g/L)，在除渣後會陳年最少 6 個月，釀成令人愉悅、平衡口感的香檳，在餐前享用或配餐品嘗，都是一流享受。

A carefully balanced blend, for a highly sophisticated champagne. Each style of Barons de Rothschild champagne has the exceptional characteristics of a great champagne. Barons de Rothschild Brut is a rich, complex and ethereal wine.
It is made by blending wines aged at least 4 years, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir from the Champagne region's best terriors. This unique blend gives the wine its fine bubbles, its golden colour, and its fine, subtle aromas of white fuit. It has a low dosage (6g/L) and is kept at least six months after disgorgement process, for a pleasant, balanced mouthfeel that can be enjoyed as an aperitif or throughout the meal.

This cuvee is a result of a complex assemblage, or blend, of 60% Chardonnay, and 40% Pinot Noir. 85% from Grand and Premier Crus. Aging for 4 years at least. This blend includes 40% reserve wines, a mark of exceptional quality and consistency over time.

Enticing and subtle nose with notes of lemon zest, honeysuckle and freshly baked brioche. Wonderful elegance on the medium-bodied palate that has a sleek silhouette. Long finish with plenty of spice and a touch of black berry fruit.
