Domaine William Fevre 是 Chablis 擁有最多特級園 (Grand Cru) 的酒莊。1959 年標誌著酒莊的第一次收成，此後一直由家族經營，直到 1998 年由 Henriot 集團收購；在 2022 年加入 Artémis Domaines；自 2024 年起則隸屬於 Domaines Barons de Rothschild（Lafite）。
Didier Séguier 作為首席釀酒師，之前曾於 Bouchard Père & Fils 擔任副手，累積了豐富的經驗，把以往着重橡木風格的 Chablis，扭轉為更着重風土。因此，酒莊的出品更能展現 Chablis 的風土特色。
一級園 Premier Cru Vaillons，內有 8 個傳統的地塊（lieux dits）。它們坐落於堅硬、緊密的波特蘭石灰岩層上，土壤中的石灰岩比粘土多；展現了 Chablis 典型的石灰岩風土特徵。

2021 年份的 1er Cru Vaillons 散發出芬芳的白花、柑橘皮、清脆果園水果與貝殼香氣。酒體中至飽滿，質地柔滑細緻，明亮迷人，展現純淨而優雅的風格，整體表現十分出色。
The Domaine William Fèvre, the largest owner of Grands Crus in Chablis. 1959 marked the first harvest of William Fèvre. The domaine remained family-owned until 1998, when it was acquired by the Henriot group, joined Artémis Domaines in 2022, and since 2024 has belonged to Domaines Barons de Rothschild (Lafite).
Head winemaker Didier Séguier, formerly assistant winemaker at Bouchard Père & Fils, brought extensive experience to the domaine. He transformed what had been a heavily oaked style of Chablis into one that is far more terroir-driven and authentically expressive of Chablis.
Regarding to Premier Cru Vaillons, this appellation has 8 distinct lieux dits. With soils richer in limestone than clay, resting on hard, compact Portlandian limestone, it showcases Chablis’ classic limestone terroir.

The 2021 Chablis 1er Cru Vaillons reveals a perfumed bouquet of white flowers, citrus zest, crisp orchard fruit and shells, followed by a medium to full-bodied, satiny and seamless palate that's bright and charming, with a pure, elegant profile. This has turned out beautifully.
