49%黑后、24%木杉、17%金香、9%蜜紅、1%木肆
（產自埔里、埔鹽、二林與后里果園。）
釀造：
於不鏽鋼缸天然發酵。香檳區傳統氣泡酒釀造法，瓶中二次發酵sur latte(浸渣)陳年10-12個月。手工除渣。限量2,300瓶。
品酒筆記：
酒體帶著柔和淡橘粉色調，清脆青梅與香甜桃李的輕盈風味，細緻的微氣泡散發淡淡辛香料，細長礦石感質地的尾韻。愉悅的好陪伴，適合單喝、搭配各式輕盈食物。

Vinification:
Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel, traditional method sparkling, 10-12 months sur latte, hand disgorged. 2,300 bottles crafted.
Tasting Notes:
A soft light orange color. Delicate flavor of crisp green plums and sweet peaches and plums. Delightful tiny bubbles with notes of spice and give a nice minerality to a long finish. Good to pair with light dishes.
