2022年恰好的春雨，幫助了萌芽、開花與著果。五月梅雨季準時落在轉色期前，六、七月成熟期難得的乾燥讓葡萄能安靜地熟成，這一年可以說是可遇不可求的美好產季。

釀造：
2022年7月夜晚低溫手工採收。野生酵母低溫緩慢發酵，70%整串榨汁、10%低溫泡皮、20% verjus綠汁，分四批釀造。
80%法國小型舊橡木桶、20%不鏽鋼陳年。4個月bâtonnage攪桶、7個月sur lie浸渣。限量4,260瓶。
品酒筆記：
輕柔優雅的白花檸檬氣息，帶著荔枝、柚子、葡萄柚果香，迷人酸度引領出柑橘類、礦石與香草、辛香料感，增加了口感質地，尾韻微微鹹感延伸，高雅圓潤。這是一款帶著力量與層層脈絡，同時也保有細緻、柔順與和諧，蘊含大地與人和的葡萄酒。

The 2022 growing season benefited from a typical monsoon that allowed for three deferred harvests to render varying ripeness, producing a rounded, textured vintage.

Vinification:
Hand harvest at night in July 2022. Natural fermentation, 70% whole-cluster pressed, 20% verjus, 10% low temperature maceration.
Matured in 20 % stainless steel and 80% old French oak barrels. 7-month sur lie, 4-month batonnage. 4,260 bottles crafted.
Tasting Notes:
Delicate, complex and elegant expression of the quintessential tropical fruits aromas. White flower, sweet herbs and spice, with a soft lingering saline finish.
