Despagne是波爾多一家知名的葡萄酒生產商，亦是懷抱熱情的葡萄農。他們家族紮根於北面的Entre-Deux-Mers已有200多年歷史。
Entre-Deux-Mers字面解作兩海之間，但真正所指的其實是Garonne及Dordogne兩條河流，當地的風土受海潮 Mascaret影響。
如今由 Basaline Despagne 和她的釀酒師兄弟 Thibault 經營。旗下有5個酒莊，佔地約300公頃。
Naujan村莊位於Entre-Deux-Mers的中心，種植密度非常高，平均每公頃10,000棵葡萄藤。

Despagne is a well-known wine producer established in Bordeaux, the northern part of the Entre-Deux-Mers, for more than 200 years. They are the passionate winegrowers huddled between 2 rivers, Garonne and Dordogne. The name of Entre-Deux-Mers, comes from the influence of the ocean which materializes by a wave : " the Mascaret".
Today the winery is run by Basaline Despagne and her winemaker brother, Thibault. It consists of 5 estates, around 300 hectares.

Vinification:
Manual harvesting. Fermentation with the indigenous yeasts of the plot. After malolactic fermentation, the juice was transferred to barrels where it was aged for 12 months, fed by regular stirring until bottling.
Tasting notes:
The wine opens with notes of red fruit and hints of spices. With agitation, the bouquet intensifies with floral touches. The palate is generous and straightforward. Ripe and dense with a long structure and a crystalline finish. With aeration the wine gradually expresses its stony terroir and its flamboyant fruitiness.
Food Pairing:
Delicious with beef cheek ravioli, crunchy vegetables flavoured with acacia honey.
