Despagne是波爾多一家知名的葡萄酒生產商，亦是懷抱熱情的葡萄農。他們家族紮根於北面的Entre-Deux-Mers已有200多年歷史。Entre-Deux-Mers字面解作兩海之間，但真正所指的其實是Garonne及Dordogne兩條河流，當地的風土受海潮 Mascaret影響。
如今由 Basaline Despagne 和她的釀酒師兄弟 Thibault 經營。旗下有5個酒莊，佔地約300公頃。
“Biface”是在葡萄園中發現的一種舊石器時代的斧頭工具，標誌着葡萄酒的礦物感。

風土：
葡萄園位處Naujan 和 Postiac村內的石灰石採石場上，土壤以粘土為主。

釀造：
使用優質的葡萄汁，無需壓榨以避免任何沉厚感。在設有溫度控制的不銹鋼桶中發酵，浸渣直至裝瓶。

品酒筆記：
色澤晶瑩剔透，反射出青綠的光澤。散發出熱帶水果和西柚的香氣。口感清新，柑橘類水果和黑加侖子的味道中，帶有令人開胃的礦物感和微鹹的餘韻。

食物配搭：
凱撒沙拉、炸青口、白蘆筍和烤雞。

Vinification:
Exclusive use of the finest juice, no press to avoid any heavy components, temperature controlled fermentation, in stainless-steel vats, ageing on fine lees until bottling.

Tasting notes:
Shiny crystal-clear colour with green reflexes, the nose expresses aromas of exotic fruits, with notes of grapefruit. The straight fresh mouth expresses citrus fruit and blackcurrant bud covered by a digestive mineral and slightly salty finish.

Food Pairing:
Ceasar salad, fried mussels, white asparagus and roasted chicken.
