故事始於 Languedoc-Roussillon，一位來自香檳世家，從事葡萄酒行銷的 Mathilde Boulachin，因為懷孕期間的禁酒經歷，而希望創造一款 0% 酒精的葡萄酒。

“Pierre Zéro Signature” range is the result of meticulous research pledging a unique tasting experience, which has NO added sugar, preservatives, flavors or sulfites.
The story began in Languedoc-Roussillon, where Mathilde Boulachin, a wine marketing specialist from a Champagne family, sought to create a wine with 0% alcohol after her pregnancies. Pierre Zéro not only offers a healthy alternative but also boasts a rich profile of flavors and aromas, crafted using traditional methods.
The grapes, grown in the South of France, are harvested at night and undergo a fermentation process that preserves beneficial elements like polyphenols and antioxidants. A strict dealcoholization process, using the Spinning Cone Column method, ensures the aromatic intensity remains intact.

Vinification:
Grapes are harvested at night to take advantage of low nocturnal temperatures. The vinification and the production process are then carried out traditionally. A de-alcoholisation stage (Spinning Cone) takes place.
