於Costers del Segre的Pyrenees分區,Raul Bobet於海拔1,000米的Talarn村釀造驚為天人的葡萄酒。產品皆以梵文或以葡萄生長的地方命名,Taleia在加泰隆尼亞文解作着迷。時至今日,大家可能要看見才會相信,大部分葡萄酒都於12世紀的石窖中發酵。不過,過程並不是最重要,最重要的是非常出色的結果。這是近來最令人振奮的西班牙酒莊,而Raul Bobet也是酒莊Ferrer Bobet的其中一位負責人,在那裡他與葡萄酒發燒友Sergi Ferrer-Salat合作,展現出Priorat的獨特風味。

2019 年的Taleia比 2020 年的酒精度更高,酸度更低。2019是一個較成熟、柔和的年份。口感柔軟絲滑,平衡而清新,風格純正優雅。有白花和醋栗的味道,收尾乾爽,味道乾淨、集中……這款酒完全沒有橡木味。2020年10月裝了150,000瓶和60瓶大瓶裝。
Raul Bobet’s groundbreaking wines from the Pyrenees subzone of the Costers del Segre appellation, are produced in the village of Talarn at 1,000 metres altitude. The wines are named with Sanskrit words or after the places where grapes are grown, Taleia means obsession in Catalan. Nowadays most of the wines are fermented in the 12th century stone lagars from the property. It has to be seen to be believed. However, the process is not the most important thing, what is really important is that the results are superb. These are some of the most exciting new wines throughout Spain. And Bobet, the ex-Torres enquiring mind, is also responsible for the breathtaking Priorats from the Ferrer-Bobet winery, his joint venture with entrepreneur and wine lover Sergi Ferrer-Salat.

Fermented with indigenous yeasts, part in new oak barrels where it matured (50% of the volume) and the rest in small stainless steel vats and stone pools, where it matured with the lees for some six months.

The 2019 Taleia has a little more alcohol and lower acidity than the 2020 I tasted next to it. This is a riper and softer vintage for this Sauvignon Blanc with a touch of Semillon. It has a soft and velvety mouthfeel, keeping the balance and freshness and the pure and elegant style. There are notes of white flowers and gooseberries, and it finishes dry and with clean, focused flavors...The wine shows no oak at all. 15,0000 bottles and 60 magnums were filled in October 2020.
